This Eight week workshop integrates mindfulness techniques and practices from research evidence and local practice. It combines authentic Mindfulness practices, Mindful Yoga/Movement and Positive Psychology to enhance wellbeing. It includes key Mindfulness practices and allied practices, meditation practices, silent practices, light stretching and movement, group dialogue and discussion and home experiments. The workshop consists of eight 2.5 hours sessions. There is also a half-day Mindfulness retreat that weaves mindfulness into your lifestyle.
